Mi Piaci (I like you)

I created this stop motion video with photographer Filippo Del Vita and stylist Michelle  Reneau. It’s currently  published on W  Magazine!

The film depicts a fantasy world in which a tiny girl lives secretly in a house and comes out of hiding at night to play while the family sleeps.

“Wunderkammer” or  ”Cabinet  of  curiosities” painting series. Laura Garcia Serventi A cabinet of curiosities was an encyclopedic collection in Renaissance Europe of objects such as rarities from the  natural  world, religious  or historical relics, works of art  and  antiquities. “The Wunderkammer was regarded as a microcosm or theater of the world, and a memory theater. It conveyed symbolically the patron’s control of the world through its indoor, microscopic reproduction.”
